Jouw functie
As RWE’s in-house Management Consultancy, RWE Consulting is fully positioned as an independent organisation. We are involved in a variety of projects throughout RWE and its associated operating companies, like Essent in the Netherlands, focusing on Strategy and Operational Consulting related to key energy market issues ranging across the entire energy value chain. Currently, RWE Consulting has a highly skilled team of over 130 employees across our European locations, of which 20 Consultants are based in Den Bosch.
For our office in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, The Netherlands, we are looking for several new colleagues!
As Management Consultant in a dynamic energy market you will act as advisor to RWE’s senior management. As an ambitious and highly skilled individual, you can play a vital role in our team. Depending on your experience you have the opportunity to become Senior Consultant working within an exciting, fast-paced and highly professional environment. You will advise executives within RWE and associated operating companies on a range of critical core issues including strategy development, organisational restructuring, renewable energy and energy trading. This is your opportunity to use your individual strength and experience to help our clients’ ability to successfully operate in tomorrow’s energy markets. You can support RWE on its path towards being a dominant international player.

In order to be successful as Management Consultant, you will have:
- MsC in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or equivalent;
- 5-8 years professional experience;
- Extensive experience in consulting or the energy industry;
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- High motivation and a proactive manner;
- A constant desire to explore new challenges;
- A strong team player and being aware of intercultural sensitivities.
