Jouw functie
We are looking for a manager development who:
- Contributes to intermediate and long term strategy plans of the department to enable value creation and cost reduction for the Business Unit;
- Oversees, develops, implements, and delivers solutions, according to agreed upon functional and non func-tional requirements, within time and budget;
- Creates and maintains a mature software development organization that makes use of the latest development tools and techniques for all phases of the development process;
- Manages, implements, and maintains test policies and procedures, oversees and executes planning, prepa-ration, realizing and review of tests for applications and their infrastructural consequences;
- Drives and consolidates the maturity improvements of the agile development methodology and create an environment to enable the scrum masters to realize multidisciplinary, effective, and productive teams;
- Identifies external sourcing needs and realizes an effective sourcing by optimizing the supplier portfolio for development of solutions;
- Develops, implements, and maintains adequate quality management standards and systems in order to improve and consolidate ‘best in class’ performance.

Jouw profiel
- Academic degree / level in Computer Science or equivalent;
- Minimal 10 years of experience in a application development environment;
- Knowledge of the latest development tools and techniques for the development cycle of design, build, test, deliver and documentation;
- Experience with agile development;
- Significant knowledge of IT architecture and infrastructure;
- Proven experience in management of large groups in self steering teams;
- Ease of working with external sourcing / managed services contracts;
- Business and customer focus;
- Win/win mentality.
